The apartment is located in a lovely street, just in the heart of Vale do Lobo Resort. Being an independent block of only four apartments, it ensures our clients can enjoy the perfect holidays in a peaceful environment. The green open areas surrounding the apartment allow an enjoyable outdoor experience, all year round.
The ground floor apartment was completely renovated in 2020 to modern and high standards. It is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating throughout and Bosch kitchen appliances.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom, comfortably accommodating 4 adults and 1 child.
The large master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and a single sofa bed. The second small bedroom has two single beds (separate). There is a very modern bathroom with walk in- shower, with amenities and hairdryer.
The fully fitted kitchen is open to the living and dining area (for 4), and it includes a modern TV with International channels (Cable TV), comfortable sofa and leads out onto a BBQ terrace ideal for al fresco dinning overlooking beautiful mature trees and grassed areas all around.
Younger guests are able to take advantage of the playground at 1 minute distance, while the safety of the resort, which includes CCTV cameras and security patrol can ensure the children play safely.
In these modern times excellent internet connection if a must. Our apartment is equipped with fibber, ensuring a fast connection in any part of the house, including the outside area.
It is located at a short 3 minute walking distance to the tennis academy with large pool, gym and bar. The golf centre with shops, Spa and Clubhouse Restaurant Spikes is located at a short stroll. The Vale do Lobo beach is located at 10 minutes walking distance, making this the perfect home for a short holiday or a long stay, all year round.
